Karishma Shelley is an Associate Director at Bristol Myers Squibb supporting the US Health Economics and Outcomes Research team. Karishma is responsible for research supporting adjuvant melanoma and pan-tumor indications. In her previous role, Karishma led the strategy and evidence generation for Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis at Novo Nordisk. She also completed a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Fellowship with the Jefferson College of Population Health and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Karishma is a pharmacist by trade and completed a Master's in Applied Health Economics and Outcomes Research at Thomas Jefferson University. When she is not planning her upcoming wedding, Karishma enjoys exploring new restaurants in New York City and creating first dance choreography for new couples.
